  The Great Gray Owl is one of the largest owls in our country. Its wingspan can reach more than a meter. But at the same time, this bird is a real master of camouflage. Thanks to its coloring, it becomes almost invisible among the trees. It sits motionless, like a statue, looking into the distance. Perhaps it is listening (after all, it needs to turn its head to focus sounds) and looking out for prey - small rodents or birds.
